DESIGNING:
• We require a minimum of 25-35 working days to design an invitation. The duration may extend depending on the complexity of the work and the concept.
• Upon delivering the initial draft (design), we offer three revisions/changes as part of the quoted price, based on the questionnaire and write-up provided by the client. After the third change, each subsequent correction/change incurs a fee of ₹100.
• We do not provide open files of the design work under any circumstances. All rights to the design remain the sole property of Akanksha Negi Design.
• All communication regarding designs will be documented via email or an official communication channel for clarity.
PRINTING:
• Printing prices start from ₹250/- for an invitation (2-3 inserts + 1 envelope). Costs may vary depending on the printing method (digital, screen, scodix, offset, foil, embossing, etc.), paper type, and quantity.
• We require a minimum of 25-30 working days for printing. This duration may vary based on the complexity of the job, quantity, and weather conditions.
• We do not offer sample printing.
• The minimum printing order is:
- 50 invitations for digital printing.
- 100 invitations for printing with foiling/embossing & other special techniques.
SHIPPING:
• We provide worldwide shipping.
• Shipping charges are determined by the destination, weight of the package, & shipping method. The delivery timeline varies depending on the destination.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
PAYMENT:
• We require an 80% advance payment for both designing and printing before commencing the respective processes, with the remaining 20% due before delivering the final work.
• Failure to make the payment will result in the process not commencing and the final products not being delivered.
• Once design work has begun and time has been invested in the order, the advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, cheque, cash, Google Pay, and Paytm.
• We do not charge Goods and Services Tax (GST) for our designing and printing services.
CREDITS AND USAGE:
• Our brand name will be included on the design work, and we reserve the right to share the final designs on our social media platforms and portfolio to showcase our expertise.
• If the design work is featured or shared on any social media or public platform by the client or vendor, proper credit must be given to Akanksha Negi Design.
• We retain the right to use images of the completed designs in any of our promotional materials, including website, social media, and print materials.
OTHER:
• Our working hours are 11:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday).
• We do not operate on weekends or public holidays, and we will not be available for calls, messages, emails, or direct messages on those days.
• By proceeding with an order, the client confirms that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to our policies.
• Clients are requested to provide all required information (questionnaire, write-up, references, etc.) at the time of booking to avoid delays.
• Any significant delay in approvals or communication from the client may lead to a corresponding delay in the delivery timeline.
• We reserve the right to decline or terminate projects that violate our policies or involve inappropriate content.
• If we face any material shortages or unexpected delays from suppliers or vendors, we will notify the client promptly and make reasonable adjustments to the timeline.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• If cancelled before the design process begins, a ₹1,500 administrative fee applies. Once design work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable due to time and resources already invested.
TIMELY APPROVAL:
• Client feedback is essential to meeting deadlines. Delays beyond 2 days in approvals may result in adjusted delivery timelines.
LIABILITY & ACCURACY:
• We are not liable for printing errors due to incorrect details provided by the client. Clients must verify all details (e.g., names, dates, spellings, addresses) before final approval.
COLOR ACCURACY:
• Due to screen and print variations, colors may differ slightly from digital proofs. We do not guarantee exact color accuracy.
