We take a minimum of 15-25 working days to design an invitation.
After delivering the first draft (design), based on the write-up given by the client, 3 corrections/changes are included in the price quoted. After 3 changes, every correction/change is charged at ₹100.
We do not share open files of the design work, for any given reason.
PRINTING
We take a minimum of 15 working days for printing. It can be more, depending on the work, quantity, and weather. (Do not include the delivery/shipping time).
We do not do sample printing.
The minimum printing order is 50 invitations for digital & with scodix/foiling/embossing and more - 100 invitations.
SHIPPING & PAYMENT
We ship all over the world. Shipping charges depend on the location & weight of the package.
We take 80% advance payment for designing (80%) & printing (80%) before the designing/printing process begins & remaining 20% before delivering the final work. if the payment hasn't been made, the process will not begin and the final products will not be delivered to you.
If the design work has been started and time was spent working on your order, the advance payment shall not be refunded for any given reason.
We accept payment through bank transfer, cheque, cash, google-pay, and Paytm only.
We do not charge goods and services tax (GST) on designing and printing.
OTHER
Our working hours are 11:00 am - 6:00 pm (Monday-Friday).
We do not work on weekends & public holidays. We will not be available on call/message/e-mail/DM on those days.
